Kia ora and thank you for visiting our class blog. We are a class of Year 5/6 students at Karoro School in Greymouth, New Zealand. Our teacher is Mrs Barrow.
Kia Ora my name is Elly and I am a year six student from Paparore School. I have always wanted to try this challenge myself as it looks and sounds really fun to try. My sister also did this challenge just recently with her class and she said it was very enjoyable. can't wait to comment more on your class and individual blogs. Did you enjoy this challenge?
Kia Ora my name is Harper from Ruma Rima. The spaghetti marshmallow challenge was awesome but it was also pretty hard. Working together and coming up with a plan that worked was the hardest challenge. We all worked pretty hard to get second but it was worth it. Our tower was actually the smallest but it did stand up without us holding the tower unlike some people's towers. It was a really enjoyable experience.
Kia ora Elly. My name is Cameron for Ruma Rima. I really enjoyed the challenge. My teams was touching the ground but that bit did't count because it had to be free standing but we still won.
Kia ora Elly, my names Zade from Karoro School. I'm a year 5 student and my team won the competition. The spaghetti sticks kept breaking (especially since Aden kept eating them). I hope you comment on my blog.
Kia Ora tamariki ma. My name is Paige and I really love what your class has made. At Ebbett Park school (the school I used to go to) we did the same thing except we used 5 marshmallows, 20 spaghetti sticks and tape. We also did the same at Paparore School (my present school). It looks like you all had fun. Especially you lucky winners.

Last year I did something similar we used newspaper, skewers and popsicle sticks. We did this activity with Mrs. Radich. My group members were Tai, Sam, Piri and me. Maybe this year you could try to make a tower using these things. If you do, plan it first. But I have to ask what did you guys enjoy most?
