The Globe by Amaiya
Task: Imagine you are teaching Room 8 about the globe. You need to create a DLO in any way you choose, that explains the following terms to them:
The North and South Poles
Continents
Hemispheres
The equator
Longitude
Latitude
Tropic of Cancer
Tropic of Capricorn
Success Criteria:
Your DLO must explain what each term is in your own words.
It must have an illustration showing all of these terms on a globe.
Your DLO needs to be easy to understand and well presented.

Dear Amaiya and Ruma Rima,
ReplyDeleteWe are a group of learners from Team Toroa at Awapuni School in Gisborne. We love the way you made your digital learning object so colourful. We know that this helps to attract your readers. We learned all about the different parts of the globe. Maybe next time you could make the text a little bigger so that it's easier to read all your great information,
